3. Account Registration & Security

Each eligible user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on six6. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. six6 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• Notify six6 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• six6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials prior to notification.
• All account information must be accurate and kept current. six6 may request re-verification at any time.

six6 reserves the right to close dormant accounts (inactive for 12 or more consecutive months) following written notice to the registered contact.

Wagering Requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if six6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

six6's total aggregate liability to any user, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

six6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
